Water was pooling around the rooftop HVAC units and leaking into the offices below. The work also had to fit around a full staff schedule.

Our solution
We installed tapered insulation to direct water to the drains, then a white TPO membrane with heat-welded seams. The crew worked in sections so the building was watertight every night.
